About Adult Education

The TCTC Adult Training Center is a public postsecondary career technical center (CTC) institution and is an Ohio Technical Center under the Ohio Board of Regents within the Ohio Department of Higher Education. All career development programs are approved by the Ohio Board of Regents, and those programs more than 600 hours in length are Title IV (student loan and Pell Grant) eligible in accordance with the U.S. Department of Education rules and regulations. Classes less than 600 hours may not require a high school diploma; check with the program coordinator to be sure.
TCTC Adult Training courses provide you with the best educational value of any local training institution. Compare Costs and discover the difference. TCTC Adult Training classes take less time to complete (usually 9-11 months), thereby enabling you to begin working and earning money in less than one year’s time.
  • Books and lab supplies included in program cost.
  • Uniforms are included in costs for Health Occupations and Auto Technology programs.
  • Industry-certification/licensure exam fee included in program cost.
