Auto Service Technology

Program Description
This program gives students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while preparing for their Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification exams. Students enrolled in this program study the principles necessary to service, repair, and troubleshoot automotive systems utilizing high-tech equipment in a modern vocational lab. The students will gain hands-on experiences using the latest technology from an ASE Certified Master Technician Instructor.  
ASE Certification
ASE, Automotive service Excellence, is recognized as a standard of excellence in the automotive industry. Under the guidance of an ASE Certified Master Technician, Students have the opportunity to study for ASE certifications.

  • Steering and Suspension

  • Automatic Transmissions/Transaxles
  • Engine Repair
  • Engine Performance
  • Heating and A/C Systems
  • Manual Transmissions/Differentials
  • Adult CPR
  • Job Placement Assistance
Training Outline: 
The cost of the training program includes testing in two of the ASE areas of the student's choosing, books and materials, uniforms, ASE study guides, start tool set and tool box.
