Program Description
 
Provide the guidance to help clients achieve their personal health, fitness and
performance goals via the implementation of exercise programs, nutritional recommendations, and suggestions in lifestyle modification. Upon completion of the course, the student will sit for NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist) national certifications.

The student will also become CPR/AED and First Aid Certified. Great foundation for furthering education for associate/bachelor degree in Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Certified Athletic Training, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Strength and Conditioning, Physical Education.

High School Diploma or GED, Required TABE Scores: Reading - 9, Math - 9

Class in Session: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 PM – 9:30 pm
