Applicants must have 5+ years’ experience fabricating ASME code experience. You will not be eligible for employment if you do not have verified experience. All work will be performed in Vienna Oh (no relocation package provided).
Welders must, under minimal supervision, perform welding operations to meet ASME Sec VIII quality standards. These standards include but are not limited to X-ray, U.T. and other non-destructive examinations. Must be familiar with GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW and SAW welding process. Tandem SAW knowledge is preferred but not required. This position will build ASME pressure vessels & spools as required by supplied fabrication drawings.

Pre-certifies medications and referrals by contacting the appropriate insurance professionals and providing them with the requested information. Records pre-certification number in chart. Records and tracks all referrals.

Disinfects exam rooms and lab and straightens reception area daily.

Full Job Description
CNC Machinist will program and set-up CNC Machines to perform multiple machining and cutting operations on various materials. CNC Machinist operations involve set-ups, programming, tool changes and adjustments per machine specifications. The CNC Machinist will make first piece inspections and ensure the parts maintain the print dimension when finished. The CNC Machinist will also be changing speeds, feeds, depth of cut and other adjustments as well.

CNC Machinist Job Requirements:

3-5 years of CNC Programming and Set-up experience
Ability to understand G or M codes
Experience with multi axis and live tooling machines
Comfortable operating if needed
Prior experience with CAM software

Individuals must have safety as their number one priority, self-motivated, and must be able to work alone, on a 2 man team, or with a 4 man crew, in order to complete certain tasks/jobs. Individuals must have an interest for processes, problem solving, and how things work. Maintenance shift tasks include but are not limited to bearing changes, oiling gear boxes, greasing, conveyor belt changes, equipment operation, minor welding, shredder hammer changes, picking and sorting during shredder production, and basic general labor tasks that may be assigned or arise. Lastly you will be working outside daily in the elements. Must be able to work in a drug free workplace.

TRAINING FOR JOB OPPORTUNITIES  
AT TJX HOME GOODS DISTRIBUTION CENTER
NOW AVAILABLE
The Professional Development Center is pleased to announce we are currently accepting registrations for job  candidates for the upcoming TJX Home Goods Distribution Center located in Lordstown Ohio. All candidates will  need to attend 2 training sessions in professional forklift and safety training. We are looking to train  approximately 300 potential candidates.
All candidates must pre-register at the Professional Development Center (PDC) prior to attending the trainings.  Once pre-registered, candidates will be scheduled to attend both trainings. Pre-registration is available at the PDC  on Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm – no appointment is necessary, and walk-ins are welcome!
The first training is scheduled to begin Monday & Tuesday Dec 7th & 8th at PDC and periodically thereafter until  the grand opening of TJX Home Goods Distribution Center or until all positions are filled.  So, don’t delay and come today!
Please bring the following information to PRE-REGISTER: Valid ID (preferable Driver License) and Social Security Card A drug screen will be conducted on the first day of training. You will be responsible for the cost of $5 at the time  of screening.
