Secure appropriate permanent record data in regard to pupils referred for services and present same to service personnel.

Transcribe psychological reports and evaluations as dictated by staff psychologist.
Type a monthly newsletter produced by staff psychologist.
Schedule appointments for psychologist for family conferences.
Order supplies necessary to maintain auxiliary offices.
Provide a monthly BUDSUM report and a list of purchase orders written and the status (written, received, paid) to the non-public principal.  Maintain and monitor auxiliary and federal program individual line item accounts reconciling them with the Treasurer’s Office monthly.
Type and file progress reports, test results for students who have received counseling, remediation, diagnostic, or therapeutic services.
Receive individual request forms.  Catalog individual request forms.
Prepare public school district purchase orders and requisition forms.
Maintain an inventory of textbooks, book substitutes and all auxiliary services equipment (Inventory in a spreadsheet).
Perform clerical tasks for Speech/Hearing Pathologists.
Occasionally monitor individual students on a teacher’s request.
Occasionally write student passes.
 
TEACHING & LEARNING CLERK:

Assist department staff and/or designees with processing and disbursing materials and supplies ordered, received and approved by the department at the Warehouse or Administration building as instructed.  Processing includes but not limited to:  stamping/labeling materials, sorting, packing and disbursing materials as directed and confirming order delivery.
Assist with preparation and distribution of materials needed for daily operation of the department, as well as State/District testing, building forms, in-services, workshops, professional development, Teaching & Learning summer programs and projects as instructed.
Sort and organize Teaching and Learning materials at the Warehouse. 

OTHER DUTIES:

Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Warren City School District Board of Education.
Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned by Superintendent, Associate Superintendent, or his/her designee.

This position requires flexibility where the individual will begin during the day shift for training and then will be transferred to an off shift inclusive of either the afternoon or midnight shift.

Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of CNC Machine operation including Setup, Maintenance, Operation, and the ability to diagnose minor mechanical issues with the equipment/fixturing. Candidate should possess strong shop math skills including calculating proper feed and speed for materials, metric conversions, geometry, and trigonometry. Interpreting Blueprints and Geometric tolerances are required. Candidate must be capable of holding tolerences and meeting surface finish rerqirements. Basic computer skills with file transfer are beneficial.

Candidate is required to have Journeyman Machinist / Journeyman Tool and Die certificatication. Setup, Operation, and maintenance of a Hoizontal Machining Center machine is required. The ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs will be necessary. Multitasking whenever possible will be required. Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to follow direction while also being able to work with little supervision. A working knowledge of ISO G and M code commands are a must for this position. Understanding of machining processes and various equipment types highly desired. SAP experience highly desired. WorKeys certification and NMIS credentials are a plus.

7. Deposits in the post office mail collected on the route upon returning from the route.

8. Checks, and corrects if necessary, mailing cards from advertisers bearing names and addresses of customers or former

customers on the route.

9. Furnishes customers with postal information and provides change of address cards and other postal forms as needed.

10. Reports to supervisor all unusual incidents or conditions relating to mail delivery, including condition of street letter boxes

and centralized delivery equipment.

11. Becomes proficient, when assigned to a route, in the casing of mail on other routes as assigned.

12. Works professionally with other employees in the office.

13. May as a CCA, perform clerical duties and be required to pass examinations on scheme of city primary distribution.

MAINTENANCE REPAIR WORKER I

Desired Skills/Duties: Under limited supervision performs maintenance and repair duties to maintain premises of the County Jail (primary focus) and other county buildings by performing the following duties: Maintains building, performing skilled maintenance and repair work on plumbing, water issues, electrical, controls wiring, voice and data systems per specifications and standards of the City of Warren and Ohio Basic Building codes. Repair and install doors, locks, hydraulics, light fixtures, receptacles, switches, plumbing fixtures and hot water tanks. Also handles routine building repairs including roofing, spouting, painting, and carpentry. Assembles and repairs furniture and equipment. Moves and rearranges office equipment and furniture, moves office supplies, operates truck to move trash and supplies to other county facilities. At times, operates tractor, power mowers, power snow blowers salt spreaders. high School diploma or general education degree (GED); plus 4 year work experience in maintenance or repair area, or equivalent. Trade certification in plumbing is desirable, but not required, as plumbing is a major work assignment in the County Jail. ON CALL 24-HOURS Pay Range 8

Stage correct product in staging area. Pull product from production and return to stock locations. Count/weigh product and update material label quantity. Maintain raw material inventory accuracy.Tow motor experience, organization, ability to multitask and safety conscious.
