Receive checks and cash for transactions, verify amount and examine checks for proper endorsement
Participate in ALL daily tasks, including but not limited to ATM balancing, Night Deposit, Mail and Vault balancing
Order daily supply of cash as needed, and piece count all cash to and from the vault
Place Reg CC holds on deposits for uncollected funds as applicable
Identify, log and admit customers to safe deposit area
Change bait money as required by bank policy
Reconcile teller drawer daily
Maintain a minimum score of a 3.0 or higher on the Teller Performance Standards
Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable State and Federal banking regulations
To be considered you will need:

Outstanding customer service skills.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Associate degree or higher preferred.
2 years of banking experience preferred or 3 years of cash handling experience in lieu of banking experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented; accuracy with basic math skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office products as well as proficiency with other software systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule; which may include evenings and weekends.

Inventory Analyst

 
Ohio Star Forge is hiring! We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our team.
About this position: 

The incumbent manages and coordinates all inventory based on sales reports, master production schedules (MPS) and production requirements.  The incumbent schedules all raw materials for machining cells, forging machines and communicates delivery appointments with vendors so that materials are ready and do not negatively impact production timelines. The incumbent identifies any schedule changes or special instructions to all departments.  The incumbent provides training to employees on proper handling procedures for all material handling.  


Your responsibilities: 

•      Schedules raw materials for all forging machines by communicating delivery appointments with vendors as well as maintaining the delivery calendar to use as a communications tool for the bar handlers receiving the steel
•      Creates production orders for all forging machines and machining cells and keeps the production areas supplied with product
•      Enters data on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required for each report giving forged pieces, yield, 
•      Schedules and directs physical inventory, allocates manpower and provides job duties for the production day and reconciles bar material, making any necessary corrections
•      Provides training to new employees on the proper procedures related to steel

What you need to be successful in the role: 
•      Knowledge of inventory management and understanding of inventory systems 
•      Utilize problem solving/decision making skills
•      Ability to prioritize tasks/ projects in order of importance
•      Strong verbal and written communication skills
•      Ability to take initiative 
•      Strong organizational skills
•      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) 
•      Prefer experience in ERP/MRP software, such as Dynamics AX or SAP
Required Work Experience: 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain and / or material flow.

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g. Business, Operations Management) or equivalent related experience
