 Job purpose 
The Charge Nurse directs the overall operation of the nursing unit. The Charge Nurse is
responsible for overall delivery of quality resident care on a designated shift according to

Charge Nurse may receive administrative direction from the Director of Nursing or
Administrator as needed and assigns all jobs to be done so that the work load is evenly

Communicates with oncoming shift change all pertinent information.
Communicates changes to resident care plan to STNA’s and other appropriate staff. Determines STNA assignments, lunch and break times, and special duties needing

Supervises STNA performance by monitoring their work.
Updates the resident care plan under the direction of the MDS Care Plan Coordinator
depending on the resident’s condition and level of care.
Notifies attending physician of changes in resident condition, unusual occurrences,
medication reactions, medication errors, and excessive weight loss.
Prepares, administers and documents ordered medications and treatments
Completes all required documentation according to Holly Hill protocol and communicates
information to appropriate personnel.
Maintains resident privacy and confidentiality of records, services and communication
according to established protocol and HIPPA compliance
Serves as primary nursing staff liaison with resident families.
Attends training, competencies and in-service programs as required.
Promotes and supports resident choice

The Tool & Die Technician is responsible for press and die setup to meet daily production run schedules
and customer requirements in a fast paced environment. This includes die maintenance and repair as
required to ensure efficient operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Can demonstrate knowledge and ability to change dies in multiple press sizes.
• Operate safely and effectively all shop equipment including lathe, drill press, saws, surface
grinder, mills, and heat treat oven.
• Read prints to repair, setup, or manufacture dies accordingly.
• Use sketches, blueprints, specifications and models to plan operations for the fabrication of dies,
tools and assemblies.
• Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators,
gauge blocks, calipers and micrometers.
• Utilize hand and machine tools to assemble parts of tools and dies and to repair and modify gauges,
jigs and dies.
• Design templates and jigs to be used as work aids for convenient fabrication of products and parts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on tools, manually operated dies and
progressive dies.
• Interface with external and internal customers, and work with team members to solve problems
during the production process.
• Select the appropriate metals and materials to be used based on properties, ensuring they meet
project specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot die and press setup issues throughout productions runs.
• Knowledge of servo driven feeders and control systems a plus.
