This course is remedial in nature. This course is designed specifically as intervention for students who have not yet taken or who have taken but not yet reached the proficient standards on the Ohio Graduation Test. It will review basic Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Probability and Statistics topics as listed by the ODE and that are found in the Common Core State Standards, and are included in the OGT. After successful completion of Core Math, students will need to continue the mathematics course that they left off on in their mathematical sequence prior to taking Core Math.
