Program Description  
This blended online and hands-on program prepares students to become IT help-desk technicians to diagnose and solve a range of basic IT problems.

This program prepares students to take the CompTIA certifications in IT Fundamentals, PC Pro, and Networking.

Program Prerequisites:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • TABE Scores: Reading 9.2, Math 9.2

  • WorkKeys entrance exam scoring 4 both category -Applied Math and Workplace Documents

Monday(Class) - 5:30 pm - 9:30pm

Thursday(Lab)-5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
